Superficial Management
August 10, 2018Great front office staff - that's why they get the good reviews. But behind the curtain: Garbage trails 50 feet long or more stay there for months and the last years worth can bee seen through poor clean up attempts, filthy stairwell I use every day has not been cleaned in the 18 months I have lived there. They promised they were renovating the bike storage room when I moved in - Still not done. Irvine is a clean city. Inside the walls of Kelvin Court - Not so much.Review from Apartments.com

Please don't move here!
July 21, 2015Please don't move here because it's already a perfect place to live. Why? Location; close to freeways and tons to shopping and dining. People; great staff and neighbors. Amenities; never crowded and very clean. Comfort and security; requests are usually handled the same day and Irvine is the one one the safest cities in the OC. Apartment; super classy. Please don't move her because we just don't need another great resident here, it's already perfect.Review from Apartments.com
