The Staff Are Very Friendly and Always Willing to Help

Everyone strives to assist residents as much as possible. In particular, one of the staff members, Carter, showed great kindness when I was in a difficult situation. The building has such a friendly vibe—neighbors who actually smile and say hi, which is rare these days.
