March 30, 2020Property Manager is always available if needed, he is fair to all tenants. If he is called for anything, he responds immediately and takes care of any and all issues promptly. Awful
January 15, 2019Lived here for a year and was miserable from start to finish, poor management and high expenses when they don’t put it back into the apartment, I would say avoid at all costs, I tried to speak with the property owner Donald I believe his name was and he could care less, basically saying “go ahead and try to take us to small claims”. It is not what you pay for, ants, cold winters, awful neighbors and poor maintenance, they even had the Gull to tell me they were increasing the rent, absolutely ...awful place run by awful people, turn the other way and RUN.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Absolute Trash
September 17, 2017Lived here for approx 8 months, management dodges you, informs you of incorrect information as well as completely unresponsive to maintenance calls. Only reason they got 1 star is newer interior, but does not make up for overall poorly run housing complex. Definitely not worth its price. TAKE MY ADVICE.Review from Apartments.com
