Take Pictures
January 23, 2024Truly terrible owner. Take pictures, as you will be held responsible for things that were already damaged when you moved in. The water pressure is terrible and if you have a leak, they will send a plumber to wrap it with duct tape instead of actually fixing the problem. Communication is terrible, the owner wasn't able to write my name correctly on my CRP, and when you move out, you may or may not be provided with expectations for the cleanliness of the place upon move out. Maintenance seems to ...end at covering everything with a fresh coat of paint including command strips that were left by previous tenants. Go elsewhereRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible Place, terrible owner.
June 18, 2022Parking is impossible on Grand Ave. The Speedy Market across the street is open 24 hours and is very loud at night, not to mention the clientele can be very sketchy to say the least. No screens on the windows except in one room so forget enjoying the summer breeze. The kitchen sink is literally a health hazard, the paint is all chipped off and the idiot owner is too cheap to replace, she’d rather just paint over it. They allow smoking and the hallways reek. tenants play music and party late at ...night. The water pressure is very low and you cannot control your heat in the winter. The owner is as cheap as they come so don’t expect anything of value to come from her. If you’re desperate and do rent from this dump make sure to take a video and pictures of every nook and cranny of the place before moving in. They do not like giving back your full deposit. After I moved I got a bill for $60 because they said I stole an extension cord and a shower rod. Huh! Nobody steals funky shower rods. In closing I would seriously not even N think about this dump. Oh and the owner will come into your place whenever they want.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poorly managed
July 8, 2018The owner of this building is unprofessional at best. There is no maitenance or updates in anyway other than day in day out care like lawn care and basic hallway cleaning. Rent prices are competitive for the area, so my advice would be to chose to live elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
