Well worth the Wait!
September 7, 2023I toured Kensington Senior Living Apartments in August of 2022 with Anne. Loved the "country feel" of the community. It was quiet, well maintained and spacious. Modern amenities, a pond, and a beautiful patio were very appealing. Plenty of room for entertaining friends and family. I had about a year left in my lease but put my name on a waiting list immediately because it felt like home. My lease ran out in May and I moved in with my sister hoping it wouldn't be long till I received "the ...call". It came in June and I moved "home" to Kensington in August 2023. So glad I waited. Great place to live
February 18, 2022My wife and I lived here for a year and it was a nice quiet community. We love the facilities and how well the staff took care of the buildings and people. I would recommend this place to anyone. I wish we could have stayed longer but work made that difficult that’s the only reason we left.Review from Apartments.com
LOVE IT HERE
February 9, 2022When I was looking for places for older adults, Kensington Senior Living had all I was looking for. An elevator, in apartment washer & dryer and a garage. I just signed my 2nd year lease. I am so happy here. The staff (Genny, Kim and Andy) are very friendly and easy to work with. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is much nicer. The owner is local and very friendly. We are a happy bunch and have fun together. The monthly events are a lot of fun.Review from Apartments.com

February 9, 2022I moved into Kensington Senior Living in August of last year. (2021) The Pictures and Descriptions are very accurate; in fact it does not give it proper Justice. The Staff from the Office (Andy, Genny and Kim) are Professional and Courteous without fault. The aforementioned Staff obviously take Pride to to address the Physical Appearance of the "Well Cared Property, Residents needs and issues. The Maintenance Staff work very diligently to maintain the property and it shows. Kensington is ...owned by Long Time West Michigan Families as I understand. With that being said you are dealing with someone Local instead a Corporate Office somewhere! I would like to add that the Residents whom must be 55 Years are very Respectful and Friendly. Gorgeous
February 13, 2021Just moved into my beautiful one bedroom apartment at Kensington Senior Living. It is gorgeous! Marble countertops, plenty of storage space, open floor plan and vaulted ceiling.
