Overall good experience; rent increase is a little crazy tho

Overall I like my experience at Kinects in the last 3 years. The rooftop swimming pool has really good view (although the heater went down sometimes), and the maintenance team and the leasing office are pretty responsive. Unfortunately, this year the rent increases by 15%, which is way over what we expected:(

Kinects is a great building but I think compared to some other nearby buildings it doesn’t give that luxury feeling that it wants to. From the fake water wall with the speaker to quality of the concierge staff and overall feel of the lobby, there is room for improvement. Shower room at the top floor is also uncomfortable and not great an. A heated pool could also help which I think is in the works. Leasing office and maintenance staff are amazing though. Having been born and raised in the Seattle area, Kinects Tower is located in one of the best neighborhoods and provides some of the best views and experiences that i have had the pleasure of experiencing while living in Seattle. The front desk staff is amazing as are the rest of the employees I have had the pleasure of engaging with.

I absolute LOVE living at Kinects Tower for a multitude of reasons. We have a wonderful sense of community provided by our outstanding staff, online community blog, and shared community spaces. We have incredible amenities including a gorgeous rooftop, outdoor barbecue area, full gym, indoor lap pool, and a pet relief area. The units are fully equipped with modern appliances and AC/heating.
