Unsafe and poor quality of services
May 8, 2022This place is all full of theft incident , poor quality of apartment and services, they don’t follow Covid protocol when they enter in apartment for services , things are stollen , cars are scratched , paths-way are dirtyProperty Manager Responded

While crime is an issue that can affect any community, we take our residents' concerns and any incidents very seriously. Our community offers a professional on-site management team, as well as a courtesy patrol after the Leasing Office is closed, to assist in deterring criminal activity. We strongly encourage you to report any suspected illegal activity to both local law enforcement and our office as soon as possible so that incidents can be followed up on appropriately. We would like to provide you with the opportunity to discuss any and all concerns further (including maintenance service issues) and we invite you to contact our community's property manager at your earliest convenience. September 25, 2021There is just 1 bad experience enough to ruin your reputation and here in Kingscourt it is now a routine.Every day you will hear something bad. Lot of bad things happening in this society which is not safe for people. Not at all safe for you and your family. And top of that what we get is, template reply from management. It's not like they are asking for less in rent or something. They dont care about their residents. Please think 10 times before coming to this society.Property Manager Responded

January 10, 2018if you enjoy people stealing your packages, dog poop all over the place, broken down cars, people speeding through the drives to make it unsafe for your kids and yourself while walking, and trash and cigarette butts everywhere...then this is the place for you. a management company who doesnt care about the grounds, and really doesnt care about helping the residents...Property Manager Responded

Like the Hotel California?
August 6, 2015You might be very happy here. I was for a time. "Such a lovely place". But a hot summer on the second floor with poor insulation, and even with an air conditioner it was unbearable. So maybe a first floor apartment might be better if you can stand the seemingly thin walls and floors. The main thing is, if you are the least bit money conscious, try somewhere else. My rent got jacked up every time my lease was up; the third time it amounted to about a ten percent increase, and that was the last ...straw. I worked hard to make the apartment spotless when I moved, and I didn't receive a dime back of my deposit. I have learned since from other former tenants they didn't either. So you can check out anytime you like but you can never leave...with any if your deposit. Try Cambridge Crossing across the street.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
