Falling Apart
August 6, 2024When I first moved in here it looked promising. But now 2 years later, I am really ready to just leave. My last straw was an emergency call I made for maintenance and nothing was done. I don’t necessarily blame maintenance but I d blame how these new owners run this place. Nothing gets fixed or resolved unless you complain for months and months and it’s too late. Then it’s temporary fixed. Not worth my money. Since some things aren’t fixed I will not be paying for it all. If you want good air in ...the summer time, expect your bill to be 300plus monthly or just go live somewhere else. And even paying 300 plus doesn’t give good air. No cool air if you ask me. I paid for for own professional to look into things here and so much needs to be done but I know upper management won’t do anything. Quiet area I give them that but gets miserable inside after a while. It’s been day 2 and still waiting for someone to acknowledge my emergency call smh. A great place to live!
June 17, 2023My partner and I have been living at Kingsrow for 3 years and loved it! The pricing is much lower than anywhere else in the area, giving us plenty of time to save up for a house. We're sad to leave! This was a great first apartment. Quiet, friendly neighbors, maintenance is very kind and fixes things quickly, and the main office staff are always willing to go above and beyond to make the tenants happy. Its right in the middle of all grocery store locations and in walking distance from ...Wawa/pizzaria/Chinese food. Pet friendly! Loved having our own mailslot and entry stairs. management sucks RUDE
April 8, 2020They got new owners and people in front office. They’re awful. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance crew. The lady at the front office is truly one of the worst humans I’ve encountered. I would strongly suggest staying somewhere else, I spent 6 months there and would never go back.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance Technician above and beyond nice
October 24, 2019i have lived here for the past few years, leaving the city, i wanted a small community quiet, dog loving atmosphere. Well I surely found that here and what makes this home really special, are the people that work here. Especially Kenny, he goes beyond for my mother, things that she cannot do anymore he will make sure she feels like family We call them Uncles and Aunt, when addressing them all. August 20, 2015If you have any questions or need anything fixed, the office managers and maintanence are quick to respond with friendly attitudes. The apartments are a good size with good storage space! They allow all breeds of dogs which is great because lots of apartment complexes have restrictions. My apartment stays cool so I don't have to run my AC all day. The people living in the complex are friendly and love to grill food! It's located near shopping marts, restaurants, close to major roadway ...onramps and across from an ice cream parlor! Very convenient. It's not a large complex so you don't have to fight for parking or park far away from your home. There's a convenient alley way rd you can use for unloading a filled car.
