Landlord doesn't care about ongoing problems
December 14, 2023Whenever you bring up a concern with the landlord they brush you off every time. Only rent here if you like your apartment crawling with mice and cockroaches and appliances falling apart or breaking down on you. Also packages are always getting stolen and the landlord refuses to set up a safer place for packages to get delivered or set up even a camera. This place is unlivable and tenants constantly stress about their deliveries. When you bring up any concerns the landlord always basically says ..."There's nothing I can do." February 23, 2017No recommendation to others. The worst experience I've ever had. The laundry machine does not work well, very limited, eat your coins. The neighbors are noisy. The most strict check-out list you are gonna have. No expectations for your deposit to be returned.Review from Apartments.com
