All in All not Worth it
September 7, 2022The location is nice and they keep up on the yard that's about it. We've had problems with them coming to "fix" stuff but usually leaving things around it more broken. We've filed complaints about very rowdy neighbors but haven't seen or heard anything done about it. They charge way to much for rent when it comes to mediocre apartments.Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2015Knob Hill Apartments have 1-2 and 3 bedroom apartments. There is a playground for children a dog park for your furry friends and a nature trail to walk them on too.
