March 29, 2025I have truly loved living at Knox! The office staff is the most friendly I've ever met and super helpful. The maintenance team is very respectful and efficient while communicating really well. The amenities are endless and always kept clean. The community also has some of the sweetest residents in the city. The apartments are extremely spacious and have so much storage. This area is the perfect spot to be near downtown and still close to almost everything else. January 23, 2025So far living at the Knox has been a very great experience! From my tour to communication up until signing my lease and through move in - everything was easy and flawless! I’ve had some minor issues with my apartment so far and maintenance has been quick to fix! I love the dog park for my dogs, everyone has been so open and accepting of my dogs and the other dog owners are very responsible for watching them when we are all at the dog park together.Property Manager Responded

November 24, 2024Overall, my experience has been great here. Everytime o had a work order, they maintenance team was quick to do a repair or find a solution. The office has been helpful as well. The only issue I had was getting the initial lease set up, they were short staffed so they were a bit slower to answer calls and emails but they were still doing their best during that time and I was understanding.Property Manager Responded
