A secured building, which can be entered into only with a security chip, makes one feel safe and secure. We require a $35 non–refundable application fee at the time you apply for an apartment. We require that this be paid in cash or with a money order. No checks will be accepted for the application fee. Money hungry, always shutting off water or power
August 12, 2022I would not recommend this place. The owners & management are very money hungry.. will charge you for everything & you will be without water a lot of times. They don’t care. The washer & driers never work! Place says smoke free yet it smells like smoke. They’ll charge you for every mishap. Both of the female managers are awful , & the owners are too rich to care about the tenants, the most disgustingly greedy. Wouldn’t recommend this place.Review from Apartments.com
AVOID such a horrible place to live
July 22, 2021They are always shutting off the water with no warning. When asked if they could give a notice i was told they didnt have time and i have a newborn and I have to make bottles.. They have an infestation of bugs and you cant get rid of them. The new management doesn’t care for people and are extremely unprofessional and rude. Pool is always filthy and closed. The building is supposed to be a non-smoker building but it’s filled with smoke at all times of dayReview from Apartments.com
Horrible place to live especially if you have children AVOID
July 20, 2021if you live here you will never have water. They shut if off more than once a month for hours. They do not call/text or send a letter letting you know there will be no water. When you call they never know when it will be back on (always hours) And there is a huge infestation of bugs Kona kai unfortunately got new management and they are miserable.
