April 29, 2023I have just moved to the complex and common areas Since the clubhouse, the pool and other areas are very nice and comfortable, I thank the LEX CTR CITY team for giving me immediate attention to my needs. Grateful to Karen, Emely, I appreciate all the attention and collaboration, the maintenance team, but especially Mr. Julio for his attention and service. Solved the problem that the apt presented. February 28, 2023If you're looking for a nice units with newer appliances in a rough neighborhood with no security and you don't mind break-ins and waiting for years to get anything fixed in the complex (EV chargers, gates, etc) this is a gem!! Oh...and if you like the idea of security cameras being for looks only and no way to get footage if your car is broken into, you've found your spot!Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2022Great unit. Any issues in unit are fixed promptly and with care. But...ameneties? Well those are "not included in the lease" so no responsibility to keep them operating regardless of how prevelant they are in the tour and brochure. Valet service is in the lease..but if they don't bother picking up your trash, you still have to pay and we have to contact them directly. So I guess, regardless of what's in the lease, it's not their responsibility.Property Manager Responded
