October 16, 2025great location for me, work close by, quick responses to maintenance issues since moving in. The trash situation is frustrating. The bin drop is frequently broken, and then trash room is overflowing and smells badly. The package room is disorganized. Unless the amazon locker system is used, it can take a good amount of time to locate your package if it is there. There should be a better system.
