July 31, 2024Moved this summer here and so far so good!! The ammenities are great, neighborhood is lively but not crazy, the unit itself is in great condition and was clean when moving in. Parking garage is a bit of a tight squeeze when turning but not an issue if you know how to drive and follow the speed limit in the parking garage.Property Manager Responded

July 20, 2024There is a lot of noise, between the DART right next door, a freight train just below it, and a freight train on the other side of I-35… the apartments are nice but they just keep raising rent so much that it just doesn’t justify what you’re getting. Plus the new management as of June 28th 2024 has not been doing great…Property Manager Responded

July 18, 2024I have been living here for a year and things have gone downhill tremendously. The staff use to really care and value the tenants. The property was well taken care of and felt secure The noise was minimal and if there was noise it was handled promptly. What was once a lovely property seems to be getting a little slum. June 25, 2024I moved in yesterday and am really excited by my experience so far. My first time living in Texas and I researched a ton of properties from a distance. Holly at LYV Broadway was awesome to work with and extremely patient as I navigated everything involved with such a long distance move. Resident since September of 2022
June 25, 2024In the last 6 months, the issues with other residents and the amount of noise on work nights at the pool has become unbearable. The property is well cared for, maintenance is always prompt. The property does not do much of anything when it comes to noise complaints, and inevitably at 11 PM on a Sunday when the courtesy officer does nothing, the police get called. Do not live by the pool.Property Manager Responded
