March 28, 2022I am usually of the mind that if you have nothing nice to say, DON’T say it. (Check my reviews they are all positive lol) First of all, I have lived in my fair share of bottom of the barrel, old, nasty apartments. This is by far the most ratchet, ghetto place I have ever seen and no, it’s not the neighbors, they all generally seem chill lol. Do you love cold showers? Good because there will never be a drop of hot water for you here! Do you like having flea infestations when you don’t even own a ...pet? Great! Because you’ll have both fleas AND a new pet from the pack of feral cats roaming the grounds. You won’t even need a litter box for your new pet because the mulch sand combo in the dilapidated children's play area seems to work just fine. There is a fabulous laundry area with washing machines that come prefilled to the very top with an organic algae water solution. It’s conveniently located next to the equally frothy green swimming pool and carefully detailed landscaping ponds filled with what looks to be used motor oil, which you should be able to easily see through the holes in the walls and roof while you do your laundry. You may also want to invest in some rubber boots because the grounds flood generously in the event of a light sprinkle, and the parking areas stay sopping with sand and mud at all times. You will feel very safe as the police are generally always here running someone down or knocking on doors to evict residents. There is also a wonderful security company here to keep watch and make sure you don’t park in the wrong parking place. You’ll never have to worry about your car getting stolen again because you will get towed so often your car is never actually here! Last but not least you will receive wonderful letters of affirmation from your management company, telling YOU not to come into the office being “ratchet”, detailing how they will shut off your lights and water if you are late on rent, and forcibly enter your home with police should you fall on hard times for too long. I could probably write a whole book on this place, but trust me and take that $200-300 a month you WILL be spending to get your car out of the impound each month, and find something, anything better than this where they can at least pretend to care about the people who live there.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 12, 2020Inez is one of the best people I have meet in the houston area. Her and her team are amazing people, they are more than just apartments managers and works. Ones i like to call friends. I am new to the houston area and they have made me fell right at home. The property is still being updated and new renovations are still in progress. Don't believe everything you hear every property has beauty in it even after bad reveiws. Everything that is offered on the website is true. Plus amazing apartment ...maintenance crew, who is on top of fixing the damages done from previous renters. The area that it is located in has maximum security. Worst Apartments in Greater Houston Area
December 18, 2018Between the trash, sewage leaks, roaches, and frequent police force visits this complex is far from described. Do not waste your time, let alone money, it’s literally a dump. Stairs and grounds are covered in trash, liter, and animal waste. Pond is a scummy mosquito pit. Pool looks like it could be a pond. The “state of art” gym is one piece of machinery. The laundry facilities are moldy and muddy with most of the machines out of order as they are filled with scum and trash. It’s a huge health ...hazard. It should really be reported to the city. The gates are broken, as are most of the stairs. They evicted a tenant from one unit but left the unit unlocked and the door wide open with random people coming and going for almost a week before police and maintenance came together and in the end they simply nailed two huge sheets of plywood over the door and they left all the trash and things like broken mirrors from the tenant laying around for the rest of the buildings tenants to put up with. Some of the units have broken windows with plastic taped over them, and several of the balconies and patios are severely damaged. For several days there was sewage leaking up in several spots over the grounds. The sidewalks between buildings are nearly invisible underneath layers of mud and trash. We keep our trash outside, no open food, no dishes in the sink, and regularly scrub down the whole place, and use roach bait and repellent, yet we cannot rid the unit of roaches. With all of these problems (not even mentioning those with the other tenants such as drugs, domestic violence, gun shootings, etc) the management has yet to make any effort to solve a single one. July 8, 2017Okay I just moved last week there are always police in the apt everyday n it b like 5 or 6 at a time then the office ppl don't even inform you on what's going on in the community I done seen ppl cars on bricks like 6 and I had a 13 month lease the office ppl always adding extra fees they never know exactly how much the rent actually is. They don't I enforce ppl picking up behind there dogs , dog poop be everywhere. I never had a note on my door saying how they sooty for crime or be on the look ...out all they worried about is money not your well-being and safety. BEWARE!!
July 1, 2017If you are thinking of moving here just keep diving!!! Fair WARNING! Management sucks!! They're always towing cars for NO REASON! And don't let me start with how disgusting they are too roaches and spiders everywhere, everyday inside and outside! NO MATTER how clean your apartment is you'll see the creatures everywhere! They never notify you when they're gonna cut off the water for the day you pretty much have to find out on your own which is an inconvenience when you're trying to shower before ...work! There's always something going on outside, such as people fighting with each other and there's always a constable or sheriff in the complex because of these incidents! You hear random gun shots at night too. These apartments are not family nor children friendly. It's like being surrounded by nothing but thugs! The truth.
September 29, 2016The 5 star reviews for this apartment complex are a hoax. This complex is riddled with crime and the office management does not care in the slightest, in fact, they will encourage you to move upon discovering how dangerous this complex is so they can re-rent your apartment to the next unsuspecting person. People's cars and apartments are broken into monthly if not weekly. The constables appear at this complex multiple times daily, with little to no effect on the crime issue. There is a gate that ...could and SHOULD work, but management maliciously chooses not to utilize it. Which leads me to believe that a member of management or the property owner have something to do with the vehicle thefts/burglaries. Simply because if you follow the trails of horror stories involving this place, quite a few of the vehicles/homes burglarized are rented to fairly new tenants or people with out of state vehicles/drivers licenses. A fair warning to anyone seeking a home in the near future or desperate for a home right now, seek elsewhere. car stolen constant crime
September 25, 2016moved here in November of 2015 after management insisted that this place had been cleaned up. well I had roaches from the beginning. my car was stolen April of 2016 the management didn't care the gate it's constantly open, and holes all in the fence. August 7, 2016I visit my sister here she has been fighting roaches for months and they are doing nothing about it . Her apartment is spotlist and the roaches keep coming even after using foggers and sprays.Sidewalks are full of dirt so when it rains you walk in mud now she has been having issues with her fridge won't keep cold . August 14, 2015This place is a great place to live! My family and I moved here almost a year ago and we have had a pleasant stay. The management is always on top of work orders and are very professional. The location is great also because you are very close I-45, the beltway and the hardy toll roll. July 29, 2015I cannot say anything bad about the apartment complex where I currently live. I am spending a lot of money on cans of Raid Ant and Roach killer, plus I am currently on the apartments list for the exterminator to come by every Tuesday and I still have cans of bug spray in every room. My square footage is good and my patio view is good. I enjoy my patio. Parking is a challenge because the place is convenient and most units are rented. Management is good about keeping the grounds clean, but ...residents have a tendency to live like they love the garbage laying around. Quiet and peaceful most of the time, but its a complex with lots of people. A diverse group of neighbors, and I like that. No real complaints with the exception of pest control.
