ALWAYS ISSUES !
July 20, 2018Not even worth the money ! Hot water is ALWAYS off , but they office makes sure they beat on the door if u 1 day late on the water bill! These apartment are not renovated!!!! They are just painted over , you will see over monthes , the new paint will come off and u will see the old damages . Security sucks ! They are never around , they fly drones at night and sit in there car and watch . It’s SOOO many issues with these apartments I can write A whole book . Can’t wait till my lease is up ! June 19, 2017This apartment is terrible. The office staff if especially terrible. Everything is breaking in and around this property. They're old, and "renovated", but their idea of renovations is painting over old crap and calling it new. The units have roaches, the water is constantly being turned off, your water bill will be extremely high and you'll have to pay it because they "split" between other residence, but I suspect they're making us pay for their water issues. The pools are closed year round, and ...green, so ignore the pictures above. They people that live here are very low class. Leaving trash everywhere and loud music. They speed through the complex with disregard to children or animals, and the property management is completely MIA. I've lived here three years now, and I can't wait to leave. Worst worst mistake of my life. Good luck ever getting anything fixed, or being able to live in a quiet apartment with working water. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
May 26, 2017I've been here 2 years and the past year has been horrible! When new management took over it went down from there. Don't be fooled by the so called renovations. The office staff is constantly changing, therefore no one knows what's going on. You send an email or come in to talk with someone, waiting on follow up, only to find out oh that person no longer works here. There are definitely not enough visitor parking spaces; and let's not even talk about the water issue!!! I have countless text ...messages that the water will be off, sorry for the inconvenience and then we receive an astronomical water bill the next month!! The office has no explanation and really doesn't care. The only response is "that's what the bill said and you have to pay it". It's extremely frustrating to say the least. RUDE STAFF!!!
November 1, 2016I've been living here for about 4 moths and despite some rude staff related issues, never had a strong reason for leaving a negative review. I would first like to make clear that not everyone within the staff has the same attitude as there some really nice people working here but, there is a host named Michelle...she is not nice at all just to say the least. I was trying to pay my rent when she told me without even a good morning first or seeing my check that they did not take temporary checks( ...It wasn't). After writing the check and not getting a receipt I asked for it, and she looked bothered by it but stood up and went and get my reciept. Later, I had to come back again because she forgot to sign it and put the date on it. This time she was extremely rude, didn't say a word but didn't have to, her face and body language said it all, slammed the papers against the printer, got the copy and gave it back to me, without again, saying one word. PLEASE, DO NOT MOVE HERE!
June 17, 2016I have had nothing but problems since day 1, where I was introduced to an apartment INFESTED with BED BUGS. The office knew EXACTLY what they were doing when they tried to PAINT OVER the bed bugs' eggs in the crevices of the wall. They moved me to another apartment, however another tenant was in the bed bug infested apartment 2 weeks later......... The office staff barely speaks English, making it extremely hard to communicate when you have a problem. Either way, no one in the office ever knows ...anything!!! I find broken personal items in my apartment during work and it's like playing a game of, "UH, I didn't do it." They're incapable of resolving anything, they just stare dumbfounded. When the maintenance comes into my apartment they never leave any notices before nor after! I pay too much for this apartment to have so many problems! September 22, 2015Absolutely do NOT move in here, if you do to save some money you will lose that in then towing your car. They only have a few visitors spots and most of the residents are parked there! Office does not care about residents but more about how much money they can charge them. August 5, 2015This is a great location its convenient to the freeway as well as affordable. Its a great choice for college students as well as younger adults. One thing I love is they are very professional and they work with you and what ever situation you may have going on. Not even worth 1 star
August 20, 2015I am a 24 year old single female. When I first moved into the apartments it was okay but then I was late on rent by 1 day, I explained my situation and still had an eviction notice placed on my door, then parking stickers where changed and I did not receive any notice. I informed the apartments of this cause I work days and late nights and some days I don't go home but when I called and talked to the manager "Daisy" she was very rude and got an attitude with me saying they called me and letters ...were everywhere and one was placed on my door, which is not true cause why did I not see them? Why would I lie and get my car towed? But rather than at least politely tell me I am responsible she was very rude. And now my apartment was "broken" into which I do not believe. I believe staff went into my apartment to inspect it and when someone broke into my apartment I called the office but could never get in contact with the manager Daisy.
