Someone has been keying my car!
November 2, 2016Someone has been keying my car! They have scratched a deep, long scratch twice!!!! One on each side of the car!!!! I have two cars and two parking spaces. I use one for my everyday things and the other one just ones a week usually during the weekends. It's not a sports car, it's a Mercedes S550 . 1st time I got keyed it was two months a go! I asked myself why, maybe I did something wrong but I'm almost 50 years old and I don't drive crazy or party at all. It's not a good feeling to see this and ...the 2nd time when I got another scratch I'm pretty positive there is someone sick in this neighborhood doing this and it's not me. Maybe someone doesn't like to see a nice car sitting there by itself. Anyway I just want to warn everyone of the situation. You might have an open parking spot. You may see something and call the authorities.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Cozy, not crowded, kind neighbors BUT...
August 8, 2015We moved in here in 2010 so that I could attend college. We live in a two bedroom two bathroom condo in them in on a corner spot with two parking spaces. The neighbors are great the area is not crowded at all and I truly love being home. The reason this is on the five out of five stars because of the rules that the HOA has implemented. For instance I'm not allowed to have a birdfeeder up for a wreath on my door nor more than one plant on the front porch. It's things like that that annoy me ...about this place. Also back in 2011 my car got stolen outside and I wanted to put up security cameras and the HOA told me that I couldn't and I asked them if they were going to put up cameras and they said "no", so that irritated me as well, obviously. Our landlord is great and this place is pretty much the cream of the crop in our eyes. We are about to be brand-new parents in just a couple months so we are excited about that! I think this is a great place for our child to start out at. Here's to hoping I win that free rent for life! I hope this review helps someone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Fabulous quiet location
August 6, 2015The Porte La Paz complex is a beautiful, quiet condominium complex. Even though the freeway is right next door, you can barely hear it. The landscaping is nice, and we even have our resident pair of wild rabbits! Some of the HOA rules are a little crazy, dictating what color your blinds/curtains can be, and prohibiting any hanging plants or decorations on the balcony, but all in all it's a great place to live.Review from Apartments.com
