    LaVillita Lakeside and Landings is a great community in the Las Colinas and Irving areas, this community has all that you need, peaceful surroundings, a well maintained lake with walking paths and a park, close to major toll roads and highways in Dallas, very close to the airports and on top of that, the management is great, all maintenance requests are attended in 1-2 days and the management organizes community events almost every week which is very rare for an apartment community

    So far, super comfortable and clean. Very very quiet neighborhood. It’s like living in a little village. The apartment itself is very nice. I’m in the A3 floor plan. The kitchen is big and spacious with tons of storage room. Big two door fridge, big sink, huge island with more storage. The living room is also enormous and the fireplace and mantel are very cute. Bedroom is very spacious and bathroom is also nice. I’ve never moved into an apartment that had been cleaned so well, either. Package ...
    concierge is great to have as well. Overall this might be the best apartment I’ve ever lived in, and DEFINITELY the best complex.

    Very good community so far. I had a maintenance issue, and the team was very quick with responding to my request. I truly appreciated it. The area is nice and quiet, and the community is maintained very well. There are a lot of restaurants, groceries, etc. that are close by, which is a plus. Definitely recommend living here.
