August 4, 2015This place has TWO secured entrances, being a single woman I truly appreciate feeling safe! Rent is more than reasonable and the lofts themselves are spectacular! Wood floors throughout, beautiful countertops, unique designs. And it's right downtown near all expressways! I LOVE my loft! You should definitely live here!Review from Apartments.com

July 28, 2015Lafayette Place Lofts are amazing, and feature amenities few realize are available in Pontiac. The developers did a fantastic job on the building. There is a great market and restaurant on the first floor, and an Anytime Fitness also. Can't beat this place!!Review from Apartments.com
