July 19, 2021I have lived here for over 2 months now, and couldn't be happier, honestly! Great atmosphere, considerate neighbors, and the onsite manager, Marc, is always on it! June 4, 2021I have been living in Lago apodments like almost 3 months and all I have to say is such a good place, it’s so comfortable for me and the building in general is so clean, it’s a good neighborhood and also the manager is very nice and helpful and have never had any problem about mail or any neighbor, everybody here is kind. These are a great, affordable option for anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to live in Seattle. The rents in this city are skyrocketing, and many other apartment complexes are old, decrepit, and poorly maintained. In contrast, the Apodments are clean, safe, quiet and well taken care of. The staff are very prompt and accessible, and any issues in the building are taken care of ...immediately. I have rented from Apodment for over a year and I would definitely live here again. All of your utilities and internet are included in the rent. The units here rent FAST, so apply ASAP if you want a spot.
