Take A Pass
June 14, 2023If you’re looking for a place to live, take a pass on this place. If the grounds weren’t enough with the overgrown landscaping, trash pouring out of the rarely emptied dumpster and dirty entryways with broken, slamming doors, just wait until you get inside. Roaches. And not just the occasional bug, an infestation throughout the property from babies to full grown. The bare minimum to keep the property just looking passable is neglected. Since roaches are prevalent at the beach, an exterminator ...contract with maintenance is required. And that’s just a start. Anyway, if you’ve any other options, take them.
