Weird and Awful
February 3, 2017Awful management, major headache. Told me I could sign paperwork to move in, made all the arrangements, then they reneged! They kept throwing around the word "discrimination", and tried to make it all my fault. Super sketchy - glad we didn't end up here!Review from Apartments.com
Great location, great apartment
August 7, 2015This apartment is in a great location: 6 blocks to the beach and close to downtown so I'm able to walk most places. The landlord resides on sight and he and his daughter who helps out are very responsive to requests, questions, etc. The layout of the apartment is good and laundry is close by.Review from Apartments.com
