In the summer lunch is provided daily for the K-12 and summer programs include kayaking, fishing, outdoor field trips for nature study, and other great recreation adventures. Lake Superior Village also has a large playground with a basketball court, outdoor grills and a community garden. All of these contribute to an inviting and active, family atmosphere. The smoke-free townhomes include all utilities while providing hookups for personal washer and dryer, private patios, secure storage sheds. Amenities continue with air conditioning, reserved parking spaces, free garbage removal, on-site management and 24-hour maintenance. We are here to make renting comfortable and at ease for our current and future tenants.
