December 1, 2021Avoid this community at any cost. They have the worst management and the neighborhood is bad. The maintenance is so bad too and the price is so high for the service provided. Neighbors don’t expect you to walk in the apartment at all and management doesn’t care about any issues you report.Review from Apartments.com

Wonderful place to live, bad management.
January 11, 2017One of the best apartments to live in, Especially easy for employees who work in Ford. Very well maintained, good amenities and pleasant neighborhood. The property is well maintained and the maintenance crew service is fast and efficient. July 30, 2015Lake Village is an ok place to live. I currently have a 2bd, 2bath. Hwich is enough space. A few things that I am unhappy with is that my truck was broken into, we have security gates but they are always open or broke. Tenants are able to leave there trash in the halls for a number of days which causes it to smell really bad.Review from Apartments.com
