sucks
February 9, 2023This is the worst place you could possibly move into. The owners are very strict saying they only want the best it’s bs. the apartments are constantly having construction going on and water shutting off all through out the complex. you will get threats of fees if you have friends over without permission. overall DO NOT MOVE HERE worst apartments ever with even worse owners.Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2024We're truly sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced after you had moved in. It's disheartening to learn about your negative experiences with maintenance and the difficulties you encountered with late fees and vehicle towing. While we appreciate your feedback, we want to clarify that we are operating under new ownership and management Renovations and upgrades are currently underway, and we're excited to announce that private lake access is now available to all residents. Additionally, we understand the frustration with late fees and towing policies. We have out own established policies to ensure they are fair and transparent for all residents. We're confident that you'll notice the difference and perhaps even find your perfect new home with us. I love living here!
September 13, 2019River Park is the perfect home if you are looking for a good home at a perfect price. The manager and maintenance actually know who you are and they care. It's not perfect because it is older, but it's perfect for the price and location.Review from Apartments.com
Not worth it
August 9, 2018This place can't keep a maintenance man, and if a problem ever arises, it will take a month MINIMUM for them to fix it. My dishwasher was broken when i moved in (it took over a month for them to replace it) and my a.c. is currently broken. It's been out for over two weeks. Go spend a little more somewhere else. This place isn't worth what they're charging at all.Review from Apartments.com
Meh
July 29, 2015River park has been around for a while and I think it's gone through at least 5 owners in the three years I've lived here. They're trying to make upgrades so they can justify raising the rent closer to what the nicer surrounding apartments charge. I'd go on an all-out rant about the deficiencies, but the newest owners seem like they might be a bit more willing to make actual improvements... The spray-painted toilet seat they recently installed as a replacement does not bode well for that though. ...The pool tends to be closed and very green in color. The water gets shut off when it's most inconvenient (showering), I don't trust the dishwasher, EVERYTHING is painted... The sinks, bathtub, light switches, cabinet handles. It's really tacky. I've heard the other people living here are a bit unsavory, but I don't personally know about that because I'm an introvert and generally avoid my neighbors. Despite all the negatives, I really don't have a problem living here... Until they start trying to raise my rent without actually improving the place. It was irritating enough when they started making us pay for our assigned covered parking. If they actually put forth the effort to legitimately upgrade the place, I won't mind my rent being bumped up to $700 a month for a 1-bedroom...I'm not currently very optimistic though.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
