Not worth it
December 10, 2022Dirty and not taken care of, amenities are poor, security only writes parking tickets. Dogs barking at all hours and owners don’t pick up after them. Cars blaring music and flying through the complex. Trash overflows and is never picked up on time.Property Manager Responded

Very professional and has the sweetest most welcoming presence. She has never hesitated to call or answer any questions we may have had and was always patient with us through this entire process. Lazaro was amazing as well. This is the PERFECT office staff and their is absolutely no way we could've passed up on Lakeridge. My main issue... (Verified Renter)
June 16, 2020My main issue of concern would be smoking tenants. I, like many others, have asthma and other respiratory issues. Although Lakeridge has done a good job of reminding tenants that this is a smoke free community, there is only so much they can do about this issue.Property Manager Responded
