      You will never get anything repaired, they will tell you they have to order what ever you need and that seems to never happen. Each year the base rent goes up . In all the years I have lived in apartment never have the base rent gone up each year

      Mice infested. Called leasing office 4 weeks ago and they've yet to come out. They logged the maintenance request as 'kitchen.' I didn't tell them I saw a mouse in the kitchen; I told them I saw one in my home. Had to send a certified letter after about 6 calls to get my AC fixed. Needless to say, I'm breaking my lease. I wish I'd seen a review similar to this prior to applying. I'm not wildlife control.

      Never been one for apartments but I've lived in the Lakes for two years never had a problem, anything that needed fixing they came right out and fixed, the people in the office are very nice and respectful, maintenance is very knowledgeable, it's a quite and nice place to live. I've never felt unsafe, when the children where entirely to loud the office respectfully took care of the situation. I really appreciate the fact that to keep their residents safe they will not put up with foolishness. ...

      I've always had potential in my apartments since applying. Got on their job like they said they would. Remoldeling is going great. Neighbors are nice, love the new changes and looking forward to staying here much longer. My daughter and son love it just as much as I do! & I couldn't have it any way. I feel very at home. And everyone at the office is always available when I need them. No complaints.
