    My family moved in August and have had a wonderful experience! The office staff is always very friendly, kind, and professional. The maintenance staff are efficient and knowledgeable. Apartment is spacious and cozy at the same time. Love the complex walking trail and lake view. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Very family printed and quite place to live, always clean and the grounds well-kept plenty of parking. By the front entrance they have an amazing pool and gym. As well as amazon ...

    Very quiet neighborhood, nice place to settle down. Management was wonderfully accommodating for my husband and myself. Mrs. Robinson especially was a delight throughout the entire move-in process.

  • The best amenities!

    The business center is great and it has coffee, computers, and printers. Staff is helpful. Beach area is beautiful and this is the largest apartment I have ever lived in. Highly recommend!

    This is the absolute best apartment home we have lived in! The community is welcoming and friendly. There are so many wonderful amenities. The office team is phenomenal as is the maintenance team! It truly feels like home here! You want to be here! Ten+ star rating!

    Lakes of Tuscana is a great place to call home!! Brittany is very sweet and helpful, also Jessica and Ami. They are all amazing! The workers are all friendly and courteous. They are always there and quick to help you if you need any service inside your apartment. This apartment complex is so beautiful, well kept, very clean and peaceful. I feel like I live in a beautiful resort. The pool and all the amenities are amazing. The lake view is breathtaking. It is a such lovely neighborhood.

    I just moved in here about a month ago. I wanted to wait a little while before I wrote a review, just to make sure I got the real experience. If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t hesitate! Before I moved in, I read COUNTLESS reviews and they all seemed good. Any of the bad reviews I read were either quite old, or just seemed a little farfetched to be accurate. But trust me. This place is well kept and safe. I live in a 1BR by myself because I moved here for my work while still going to ...
    school. The place is clean, I love my stainless steal appliances, and my dog, Atlas, loves the dog park. It’s nice to have a pet friendly place to live! Everyone in my building is realitvelg quiet and I have no issues with noise. Everything seems safe here as well. There are some kids that play around the neighborhood, but they don’t do anything bad (some ppl might complain about the noise, but seriously. Just be happy these kids are playing outside and not glued to a screen! It doesn’t bother me at all). The front office staff is super nice and accommodating. I love this place and I’m happy I chose it.

  • Great place to live

    I love my new apartment! All new carpeting and appliances. Spacious lanai and interior. I love the walking trails for my pup. Beautiful pool and clubhouse. Very nice gym. Business center is nice too. Kim was incredibly helpful with the leasing, she's very knowledgeable and friendly. Mark in maintenance is so helpful. They always have something for the residents, this month is a free gift wrapping station.
