About Lakeshore Villa Apartments
Our beautiful, well-manicured, property is centrally located in peaceful San Carlos, a block from popular Cowles Mountain. We are a non-smoking property. All of our units are 1 bed 1 bath, 520 square feet. (No units available at this time.) No pets allowed. Starting Monday August 15, 2022, we will be accepting applications for our waitlist. You may stop by our office @ 6888 Golfcrest Dr. San Diego, CA 92119 during regular business hours Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Must meet the following requirements - Fall into one of the following groups; elderly 62+, handicapped, or disabled population - Income limit requirements - Be able to pass a criminal background check, & credit check Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we ask anyone coming to the office to please have a mask on before entering our lobby area. QUIET PLACE
October 20, 2023I love living here but it is not the same. Our manager Eva left, and things have not been the same. This place had life. We had newsletters, potlucks, different events. We would celebrate our maintenance Alejandro or Miss. Eva birthday. New manager we never see not friendly. This is a nice place to live, always clean and quiet.Review from Apartments.com
