Anytime I've stopped by the office the staff has been nice - the property manager Erica was friendly and patient with all our questions. The garage is really convenient. No worth the money! Very expensive for what it offers
January 12, 2020Is too expensive for what it offers. We moved out in one year! They will charge you 1000 for carpet replacement if you have a pet even after all the fees you pay for it. Nothing about this community is luxury and the staff is not friendly. We have experienced several issues since the day we moved in and it has been a headache ever since. The company does not stand by or enforce their policies they put in place. Very disappointing that the materials are so cheap. DO NOT RENT!
November 25, 2019If I could give 0 stars I would. Nothing about this community is luxury and the staff is not friendly. April 16, 2019Not a good place to rent, your money would be better spent elsewhere. So many construction issues including but not limited to: uneven floors, random pieces not painted inside (waiting months for it to finished) the driveways are not as wide as the garage door openings themselves.
