December 28, 2024Lakewood apartments is wonderful!! The place is always clean, the neighbors are quiet and respectful, and the maintenance team is always available if you have an issue. would recommend for anyone with a low budget moving to the area. December 13, 2024Aside from the black mold , and the outlets in the bathrooms not working ,the staff is great and very responsive . I just don’t think my apartment is worth what i’m paying for it a month, i have friends in houses bigger than my apartment and they’re paying the exact same in rent.Property Manager Responded

November 29, 2024Some of the homes are outdated, but that is my only real complaint. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, and the entire complex is very quiet, clean and peaceful while also being pet friendly. The maintenance staff is one of the best I’ve interacted with in terms of accommodating individual requests and prompt responsiveness. The insulation in the townhomes is phenomenal as I can never hear any noise from either of my neighbors. November 1, 2024I’ve lived here for almost 6 months now and I can say I enjoy the community! There is plenty of parking, my 1 bedroom renovated apartment is very cozy and if I have any issues maintenance is there very quick. October 23, 2024We need the dog park to be secure. Dogs can get out from under the fence. I would also like to see another dog run over by the pond. Having an opportunity for the dogs to get out and run is essential to their mental and physical health.Property Manager Responded
