New management that doesn't talk to residents
November 15, 2024If this was still under Lynd, I would have maybe told to move here, but the management has been changed without notifying the actual residents. They didn't even bother to reach out to me about anything they needed to reach out for.Review from Apartments.com
Robbery and car burglaries is big in this apartment
December 21, 2022If I could give it negative 10 I absolutely would. The owner is very rude, and everyone that work in the office is rude and the security guards they have is wasted of time and they don’t never see nothing and car break in is a big thing in this complex the owners don’t care are the people that work in the office say that all over the city and the management never fixes things that need fixing the hallway is very dirty and repeat do not parking your car in they parking lot because they would broke ...into it and they would broke in your house the office and the owners don’t care about no one safety in this complex I Would not recommend.nobody move in this apartment this what happened to your car in Lakewood pointe apartment and they don’t care and security is always busy patrol two complex and I was not there for a month and this what happened please if you move in this apartment please protect your self because the office and owners will not and the cameras they have do not workProperty Manager Responded

Laguna Run Resident
December 3, 2020The maintenance never does any work or respond to requests. It’s always filthy here. Cameras don’t work. They allow property damage to occur. No lights. No proper entrances. It is all bad.Review from Apartments.com
Run before you sign
February 18, 2020This place is truly horrible between neighbors shooting every other night (last night I had to wait 2 hours for it to be safe just to go home due to two people shooting at each other)and the lack of professionalism shown by staff . Nobody fixes anything once they get you into your unit and your lease is signed you can forget about how friendly they were So far because that’s out the window and isn’t necessary anymore. I regret moving here you’re literally just paying for the roof over your head ...that’ll eventually start to deteriorate . I’m also convinced these excellent reviews are from staff. I rarely mingle with neighbors but i knew I couldn’t be the only one having problems and surely I was not as my neighbor have similar if not worse experiences. I can’t wait to get out of this hell holeRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Truly worth a zero star rating
February 11, 2020After a month of living here I knew I would not opt to renew my lease. They do not make any repairs but of course they expect rent. Management has made several mistakes, which luckily i keep my money order receipts ,by putting past due notices on my door. They can make rounds for this but no one can come fix things.Either they’re blatantly ignoring work orders and lying or management aren’t getting them over and definitely aren’t following up to insure that they’ve actually made the repairs.I ...currently have things broken in my home since prior to move in. The original units I was due to move in roof fell in due to water damage lake many of the vacant units surrounding me. They promised it would be fixed within a week which was clearly a lie as my lease is up in May. Up until now the broken things have not been much of an inconvenience until recently my air has been broken for over a week. So far i have put in 6 work orders which none have been completed. The maintenance crew came once, looked around and has yet to return. When i went to the leasing office I was told that all maintence had been fired for not doing their job but once they got a new crew I’d be at the top of the list . I knew that wouldn’t happen. Please don’t be fooled by the cheap rent and the fact that the units actually look nice inside. It wasn’t until after signing my lease that a crowd of former tenants bombarded the leasing office with the same complaints listed above. Currently all of my neighbors have moved out or will be in the near future. One has even broken her lease because she was so fed up with paying for a broken unit. They’ve constantly been switching management companies as well as owners( I resided at one of the other complexes they brought) But they’ve yet to fix the broken system they’ve been working under. They were extremely accommodating and they displayed great customer service PRIOR to me signing my lease so I know the staff is capable.Again i would not recommend anyone live here due to poor management and lack of holding up their end of the lease. When I was apartment hunting and reading reviews I found the reviews to be very brief, not really detailed ,and there was a mix of good and bad. This led me to take a chance . I am telling you DO NOT TAKE THAT CHANCE!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible operators
December 26, 2019The property is run by a group of people who fix very little but threaten if rent is not paid on time. They have a pest issue throughout the property.Review from Apartments.com
Great service!
August 14, 2019Moved in from out of state and Ronnie got me into a great apartment within two weeks of me putting in my application. Very quiet and neighbors are very nice. The leasing office always helps me with my needs whenever I need something. My apartment was updated with new appliances. Daphne has worked with me when I had any request.Review from Apartments.com
