October 22, 2024The property manager is very evil; mean and nasty. I rented a haul on Monday because I was moving out on Tuesday and Wednesday. This nasty women had my haul towed out on Tuesday morning and I had to pay 1100 dollars to get it out of the tow yard. This nasty manager knew that I was moving out but decided to have my uhaul towed 1 day after I rented it. I explained to Lisa that I had planned to move out on Wednesday. Please do not move here. Crap place to live
May 18, 2023Management is crap, you fall even a half a month behind and they harass you till you pay it, they don’t fix anything unless you go in person or call a hundred times, they try pinning stuff on you. When they do fix something it’s not 100% fixed. But they’re perfectly fine raising rent on you so you can’t save up to move out.Review from Apartments.com
Very safe environment, excellent management and maintenance
September 16, 2019I’ve lived here at Lakewood Terrace for almost a year. This is my first apartment I’ve ever lived in in my 53 years. I would recommend Lakewood Terrace Apartments on a scale of 1 to 10, I rate a 10. The management, office is extremely professional, the girls in the office are extremely helpful, very very nice, I’ve never had issues at all. When I have a problem with appliances I go to the office and they are immediately typing the work order. I renewed my lease for another year and just really ...want to emphasize how much the girls in the office/management and maintenance are such a asset to this environment of living in a safe, updated neighborhood. Corporate is extremely blessed to have the team running Lakewood Terrace Apartments as well as I am.
