Quiet property
February 14, 2024My husband and I have lived in this apartment complex for the past 6 years. We started in 1 bedroom unit on second floor and after two years, upgraded to the 2 bedrooms on a ground floor. We loved Travis, who was the manager that used to work here. The good parts of this apartment are the quiet environment, speedy responses to work orders, friendly and helpful staffs, and overall affordability. My only complaints are the water temperature in shower, which fluctuates quite often, and package ...displacement. If you live on ground floor, there may be more bug problems--we didn't have any bug problem when we lived on 2nd floor, but noticed tons of ants/spider/silverfish problems when we lived on ground floor. The apartment is prompt when we notify the issue but unfortunately there are still bugs around. Never had problem with flooding. The parking lot is cleared of snow rather fast. They keep the place clean. It's quiet and peaceful.Property Manager Responded

Best place I've lived in for years!

Lamar Village Apartments is a great place to live
August 10, 2023I really enjoy living here because of the proximity to Olde Towne and the nice environment. They're affordable for Colorado and the staff is friendly. Nice Apartment
August 10, 2023This is an older complex however, the parking is really easy, the apartment is super quiet, the pool is nice and for the most part, everyone is super friendly. We just got our kitchen updated which also made a huge difference! Multiple Years Here
July 27, 2023I've lived here for something like 7ish years now. They've always been good and accommodating. I also lived here back in 2008-2009 in a different apartment, and things were good then too. They're quick to fix issues and my place has been kept in good shape. My rent went up a large sum one time during the pandemic, but they did not increase it this year! That was nice.Property Manager Responded

Apartment is Great!
July 11, 2023I have lived here for 5yrs. and No Complaints. I like the fact that the buildings are secure. No one can just walk in, everyone has to have a key. The complex is quiet, grounds are very well kept. The employees here are always helpful, friendly. If something needs to be fixed it's done the next day usually. Depending on the repair. Management is Great. Living alone it's nice to have a Manager willing to help when I need it. I feel safe living here. Avoid living here
July 10, 2023Poor building management, constant increases in fees with no additional amenities. Rent is never the same per month and now theyre charging service fees for any online payments.
