Big apartment - Quiet living - Close to everything
March 22, 2019With rents skyrocketing everywhere, this affordable community in the middle of nowhere is a great value. Even though I work in Victoria, with commuting its still affordable. Management is attentive and apartment was remodeled last year. The place is quiet and those noisy trucks are gone. Pet friendly too!Review from Apartments.com

May 31, 2018Horribly dangerous and painful stairs, inconsistent and intrusive landlord, inconsistent maintenance, poor parking situation, smells permeate from other apartments into yours, loud trucks all over the area Non-Stop, poor Cooling in bedroom.
