April 1, 2022Landmark is an ok property. Lacy is the best always sweet, patient and kind. The building are made of poor quality my master bedroom and bathroom wall is cracking. The kitchen appliances are cheap. They have added a rule about our pets abruptly with a fee that is not in our lease which is weird and not fair. Everything else about the community is fair. The maintenance is great and they respond within 24-48 hours.Property Manager Responded

March 16, 2022We absolutely love living at Landmark Apartments. I love walking outside and seeing so many dogs everyday, they are just the cutest! It just shows how pet friendly they are! The staff is very nice and tries to solve any problems you have quickly. Living in these apartments feels like youre living outside of the city, but youre not! The amenities they have to offer are AMAZING. Parking isnt all that good at all, but that is probably the only thing I DONT like about living here. There can be a lot ...of noise during the day, people with surround sound/ stereo systems, abusing them. That can get a bit annoying, but the staff takes noise complaints seriously.
