About Landmark Apartments

Landmark Apartments was originally built in 1924 to be a hotel. It was later converted to an apartment complex, which is what it was when Gorman & Company bought and took over the property in 2021. Gorman & Company almost immediately began rolling renovations on the building, working from the top down to update and remodel each apartment while working to restore and preserve the building's historic charm. The property is now an Affordable Housing complex with an incredible location in the heart of downtown Wausau. Renovations on common areas are still underway, but we are accepting applications!
