August 6, 2015A beautiful vintage-style apartment complex a block from Downtown Tacoma, with residents ranging from students to families. Has washer/dryer, elevator, street parking, and a back porch with a BBQ grill. The landlord pays for heat and gas. You pay a flat fee of $50 for water, garbage, and sewage! A great place to live for people looking to not pay too much but still have awesome amenities!Review from Apartments.com
