November 19, 2024The move in has been a very painful process. The resident service agents seem to not know their way around stuff. There have been delays with everything. Our lease was signed just hours before our move-in date. They dont respond in a timely manner. It’s been a week and we havent received our parking space assignment. They are saying it will take another week for them to figure it out. We were not even given our wifi password when moving in. Follow-ups take days. I have moved before, but this is ...so far my worst experience. Would be difficult to recommend Landsby/Greystar to my friends after this experienceProperty Manager Responded

September 22, 2024I'm relocating for the first time in the Bay Area and safety and Japandi style living was my goal. It has meet my expectation so far.
