October 5, 2023Roaches and bed bugs galore. No costumer service. Barely any maintenance. Dangerous location. None existence front office. Avoid this location and the property management company.Review from Apartments.com
The maintenance crew needs fine tuning.
August 9, 2018Over one month for deck washing and painting. Crude maintenance staff. Bad management overall since previous years. No on-site security. Everybody checks out for the weekend. Rate increase even with lack of services. Intrusive and unapologetic. Does not take account of resident's requests. Washer and dryer broke for 2 whole years, then fixed.Review from Apartments.com
