Looking to charge you fees
October 28, 2021You are forced to pay for valet trash, but it doesn't come when scheduled. after the third day of trying to have mine picked up, and two emails to the office, I left it out hoping they would just take care of it. Well no they didn't, charged me a fee and are refusing to remove it. So I am paying for a crap service that doesn't come. Noise is awful, management is terrible, and the amenities really aren't worth it. Everything is gross.Review from Apartments.com
Disappointing
September 16, 2021There are constant sounds of screeching cars at all hours of the night. On top of this, the floors are so thin that it's easy to hear the people above us walking around, enough to make the cabinets shake. Noise complaints get ignored by management and the leasing staff. And now residents are required to have a separate address from their mailing address for packages, for $15 more every month.Review from Apartments.com
