Every complex we've lived at had some kind of roach problem. Sometimes spiders like to sneak in, but nothing overwhelming. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet relaxing home.

Las Brisas apartments are a wonderful place to live; topnotch management, great maintenance, lovely grounds and a great neighborhood for walking your dog and who could forget the beach, a short walk or car drive away!

We may lose this apartment and we will not have any say over the matter just because another person who is older than us is living here. I truly feel this place is not where you can live because the management team will not listen to both sides of the story. Do not move here.
