November 24, 2024Living here has giving me a sense of peace. Its in a safe area and I don't really have to worry too much about me and my son's safety. November 17, 2024The first month after moving to Latitude, I had an issue with the Sink. I raised a maintenance request, and it was immediately resolved, which impressed me. Apart from this, I haven't had a single issue with my apartment. The other thing that is of tantamount importance is the noise control, and the residents are peaceful and quiet. Kudos to Olivia at the front desk. She is really sweet and if you have any query or concerns that you wanna raise, I betcha she will take care of it.Property Manager Responded

I like to go into the lounge to grab a latte in the mornings and watch outside the window while I work on my laptop. I love how common events and activities are for the residents. September 22, 2024The apartments and maintenance are good. My biggest issue with this complex is cleanliness. The hallways need a deep steam cleaning. They smell like urine and trash. The elevators are not cleaned everyday. The garages need a power wash desperately.Property Manager Responded
