February 15, 2025The facility is great and the rooms are spacious but one not ideal neighbor and you are in for a rough time. Neighbor across the hall smokes marijuana multiple times a day clearly in the unit as it’s making the common area smell along with the master bathroom as it’s a shared wall/vent. Also, the bass of music is heard super easily throughout the night in the master bedroom as that is the only shared wall for some unknown reason. February 9, 2025Great experience so far. Edgar and Kristen have been incredibly helpful. I moved from a house to apartment. The apartment I must say is spacious, especially the bedrooms, I'm very impressed. I know that I have found my new home. I just wish the builder made more parking spaces were my building is located at. But, other than that I look forward to settling in my new home.Property Manager Responded

December 29, 2024The 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment at Laurel Run is equipped with excellent amenities, and is very spacious! The staff at Laurel Run are very friendly, too, and made us feel at home immediately! However, during our time at Laurel Run, we have encountered numerous issues with our neighbors which impacts our day to day life negatively, which is our only complaint about the community altogether.Property Manager Responded
