Great experience!
June 20, 2024I lived in Laurence Towers for two years and honestly it was a great experience! The doormen & staff were so helpful, kind, & communicative. I felt very safe there. There were occasional maintenance issues but they communicated to us first via email that they’d be working on stuff at least a week in advance, but nothing that was too long or unresolved. Pros is balcony (for most units), ability to put up a flex wall, beautiful views (even from lower floors!), gym in building (it was small and an ...additional cost but not too expensive at all), two blocks from the 6 subway, 10 minute walk to Grand Central, right in front of bus stops going both directions, Trader Joe’s RIGHT next door (honestly it was the best, I’d be in & out in 15 minutes), laundry in building (not bad at all to do), also they have laundry service for additional cost and he is so kind, doormen at the front are fantastic I loved them all, elevators, allows pets, no brokers fee!!! (huge in savings), etc. I had a great two years living here and would recommend anyone to live here if you are considering it!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
