I don't recommend it
June 30, 2022This apartment complex is not a safe place anymore. My 2019 cadillac escalade suv platinum was stolen last Friday at 11pm inside covered parking garage. I have been living in this apartment for 3 years and will not be renewing my lease with them. This is not the only theft activity that have happened in this area, unfortunately it’s happening more often.So, be careful and check on your car from time to time also management was handling this situation very poorly and didn't post anything about ...this incident to warn their residents. Look Elsewhere
March 3, 2022The only good thing about this apartment is the location. Management doesn’t answer emails or phone calls, and the maintenance crew is a headache. We’ve had an ongoing leak/crack in our ceiling, and we’ve put in 3+ requests to have it looked at and fixed, and every time a worker comes out they say there is no leak … but since September the crack has tripled in size and there’s a huge water stain. They also always say “we’ll send someone out to paint over it” … which won’t fix the problem … and no ...one has ever come back to do that. Also, any time maintenance comes to change light bulbs or fix something, they leave trash behind. They left old lightbulbs laying on top of our fridge and left a fluorescent tube from our closet on the ground. Our rent went up almost $200 after a year of living here and it is NOT worth it. They have no cameras outside, and I learned that the hard way when my car was broken into. I recommend living elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Save yourself a headache
January 23, 2022The apartments are beautiful and at a good rate. But the walls are VERY thin, you can definitely hear your neighbors. Also the hallways need attention. The office staff are nice but they never answer the phone. If you need assistance or need any help you have to walk into the office. April 5, 2021We love Elan city centre! Great location ; galleria is just a short walk away. The interior of the apartment is nice and modern. Everything is up kept and clean throughout the complex by the friendly staff! It feels like youre living in a mini resort! With a great community of friendly people. The management puts together many events as well as giving out lots of goodies for the residents such as making waffles for everyone on Valentines Day just because or having food trucks come to the complex ...with complimentary champagne and more! Elan truly shows how much they care for their residents here. My wife and I love living here, we also take advantage of the awesome gym with a great view and in the summer the pool is nice!
