January 19, 2025We moved to Legacy North Apartments yesterday, and while the apartment itself is good, we encountered an issue on our first day of moving in. To our surprise, we saw 30-40 cockroaches coming out of the kitchen. It's concerning that pest control wasn’t done before handing over the apartment. Although there are no other complaints so far, health and safety must be the top priority.Property Manager Responded

December 19, 2024In April my renewal at this point my rent would increase by 100% in fours year with bell property. All the doors are broken everywhere. No safety. The lights in middle of street are out that hang. Scared. The elevator goes out more than I change clothes. The pools closed all the time. They try to come into your apartment while your working for no reason.Review from Apartments.com

December 1, 2024I’ve been in my new apartment for almost 2 months now. So far it’s been a good experience. The move in was mostly smooth with a few minor hiccups that were quickly resolved. I’ve had several maintenance request that were quickly fixed and for the most part the apartment building is clean. I haven’t used any of the amenities yet so I’ll update the reviews then.Property Manager Responded
