    Cons: The monthly rates are above the norm for comparable communities especially without a long-term lease. The yard maintenance is fair but not great. The quiet hours are not fully enforced inside of units and the courtesy officer does not respond while the incident is occurring. The club house grills and outdoor seating needs an upgrade. Pros: The units are roomy. The office staff are nice and responsive. The maintenance crew is great. The club house resident activities are well done and ...

    We lived in Legacy Wake Forest for two years and only moved because we needed a single family home. If I would stay in an apartment I would continue there. No complaints at all.
