From the moment I moved in, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The management office deserves special recognition. They’ve been incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were addressed promptly and with a level of care that truly makes you feel valued as a resident. It’s evident they’re ...committed to creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment. The apartments themselves are fantastic—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Can't complain.
September 17, 2015never had any problems here, rent is a good price for what you get, water is included. If anything happens to stop working in the apartment, the maintenance staff gets out quickly and fixes it right away. I heard this building has had a lot of problems in the past with at break ins, but I've never had an issue and I have a brand new 2015. It's not all it seems
August 6, 2015I have not reached a year yet and I can say not only are a majority of the residents here rude and nosy, but the manager likes to make random accusations of tenants doing disorderly things and charging them fees for something they did not do simply because she does not have a fondness for them. Might I add these accusations are due to an older lady who stays lurking around with not a very approachable attitude. Things do not get fixed until you finally get fed up and go beyond regular management ...and speak to someone that might actually get something done.
